Young Ghanaian rapper Christian Joshua, popularly known as CJ Biggerman, claims he has raised the bar for rap music in Ghana.
The artiste became the talk of town after his freestyle to welcome Rick Ross to Ghana in December 2019 went viral.
CJ Biggerman in an interview with Dr. Pounds on Adom FM’s Kasahare Level stated that he has raised the rap bar back to its previous level.
‘I have to really prove a point. The rap music was really not there. I’ve raised the rap bar back’, he bragged.
The rapper also revealed that after Rick Ross endorsed his craft, his work rate has increased and he couldn’t fully enjoy the Christmas.
‘Some said I really enjoyed the Christmas but I didn’t enjoy the Christmas. Ever since it happened, the workload has quadrupled’, he revealed.
Rick Ross arrived in Ghana on December 26, 2019 to perform at Mr. Eazi’s Detty Rave concert.
While the American rapper was making his way to the Kempinski Hotel, he was approached by CJ Biggerman.
The young Ghanaian rapper upon seeing the American started freestyling and his delivery impressed the popular artiste.
Rick Ross at a point during the freestyle took out his phone to record a video of CJ Biggerman and exchanged pleasantries with the young rapper.
The American rapper also performed with CJ Biggerman at the 2019 Detty Rave concert.
