Popular Ghanaian artiste, Kuami Eugene seems to be losing his voice due to the number of shows he has to perform at every week.
According to the singer, there is little time to rest because his bookings are many and the shows closely follow each other.
It appears the situation is having a huge toll on the voice of the young artiste.
Kuami Eugene had an interview on Hitz FM on Wednesday, and the strain on the artiste’s voice when he speaks was very evident.
He, however, stated that he manages to recover a bit before hitting the stage to perform.
‘Oh charley….There is one thing in this our music industry, adrenaline when you are on stage. I just came from Sierra Leone this weekend. Before Sierra Leone, I was in London but I sang the songs well….but when I leave the stage then the voice goes bad.’
‘I slept 3am last night because I was shooting with AK Songstress….We were just moving around the whole of Accra shooting the video. I even slept in a car. Now that we are getting to Christmas, it will be times two’, Kuami Eugene revealed.
In an earlier interview, Kuami Eugene revealed that he sometimes performs at over five events in a single week.
During Christmas, the artiste is sometimes billed for five events in a single day including weddings and major shows.
