Gospel musician Celestine Donkor has advised her colleague Patience Nyarko to learn to control her temper.
Celestine Donkor believes that an artist should be able to control his or her temper especially when doing showbiz.
She said this in reaction to Patience Nyarko’s recent outburst over the accolades Joe Mettle has received in the industry.
Patience Nyarko believes that Joe Mettle’s worth as an artist is being overstated.
Celestine Donkor believes her colleague might probably be trying to dispel the perception that the Gospel industry could be built around one person but failed to communicate well.
“She wanted to communicate something important, that an industry cannot be built around one person. However, she could have done that nicely without temper,” the ‘Agbebolo’ hit maker said.
Celestine Donkor also blamed the media for stirring some of these troubles with controversial questions.
“I really want to talk to the media who ask these questions to arouse controversies. They are also not helping matters because for some, their questions raise unnecessary comments and competition,” she added.
Despite calls for Patience Nyarko to apologize, the singer said she stands by her earlier statement.
