Manso Adubia MP supports SHS one students

Mr Yaw Frimpong Addo, Member of Parliament for Manso Adubia, has demonstrated his continued commitment to education by supporting over 400 form one students within the constituency with essential school items and financial assistance to support their education.

Among the items were school bags, tins of Milo, chocolate drinks, and an additional cash amount of GHS200.00 each, to the newly admitted SHS students drawn from various communities across the constituency.

The gesture formed part of his annual educational support initiative aimed at motivating students and reducing the financial burden on parents at the start of the academic year.

Mr Kofi Acheampong, Manso Adubia, chairman of the NPP, who presented the items on behalf of the MP, expressed profound gratitude to the MP for his consistent dedication to the welfare of students.

He described the intervention as timely and impactful, noting that it would go a long way to encourage the beneficiaries to focus on their studies.

Mr Acheampong used the opportunity to appeal to the students to take their education seriously, urging them to learn hard and position themselves as future leaders who would use their knowledge and skills to support the development of Manso Adubia and the country at large.

Some of the parents and students who received the items could not hide their appreciation and thanked the MP for the kind gesture.

They described the support as a major relief, especially for parents struggling with the cost of preparing their wards for senior high school, and prayed for God’s blessings upon him
