Gospel musician, Pastor Nana Yaw Boakye, popularly known as MOG, is not happy that the Akufo-Addo led NPP government used foreign songs in their recent documentary.

The NPP government held a town hall meeting on Tuesday to outlin the infrastructure records of the party in a documentary.

According to MOG, when he listened to the audio broadcast of the documentary, he did not hear any local song used.

The artist noted that only foreign tracks were utilized.

OMG believes that the documentary could have been a great avenue which could have been used to promote the works of some musicians in the country.

He has therefore made a passionate appeal to President Akufo-Addo to support the local arts industry.

“So am listening to a documentary by the government of @NAkufoAddo on @Joy997FM Great job Sir but where you failed for me is, your people couldn’t use any Ghanaian artist music on the background of the documentary. Mr. President with all humility please help creative art industry”, he wrote on Twitter.
