Highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee is of the view that Ghanaian politicians barely make sense in most of their utterances.

In an interview with Oyokodehye Kofi on Highlife Time TV on CTV, he said statements by most politicians in the country barely carry meaningful messages.

The singer made this comment while explaining his latest song titled ‘Nonfa’ which features rapper Medikal.

‘Nonfa’ is common Ghanaian term which denotes the lack of sense or reason in a statement by an individual.

Kwaisey Pee referred to speeches by a lot of politicians in Ghana as ‘Nonfa’.

“More of them speak Nonfa, politicians. I don’t know of elders who insult each other like that knowing it will bring a problem… Everything we do is Nonfa”, he stated.

Meanwhile, Kwaisey Pee believes that young artists in Ghana who are not doing Highlife music will have their careers fade away early.
