Veteran musician, Dada Kwaku Duah, better known as Dada KD has slammed the new crop of musicians in the country for not producing good music because they do shoddy work.
He explained that it’s not because these artistes are not having talent but rather they don’t focus on producing good songs.
In his opinion, the new artistes don’t put in the effort to produce their songs to last for decades because they’re always pressured to release a tune
Dada KD noted that in the past, a lot of effort was put in the making of a song to the extent that they play intro before recording the song itself so when they are performing they feel such effort in the song.
The veteran artiste shared these sentiments during an interview on Kumasi based radio station Akoma FM.
He advised that if artistes always want to release a song to keep them relevant then they will rather end up dying from the scene fast than they thought.
