Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has declared that he will not be engaging in any free political campaign this year, so he does not ruin his career as an actor.
Speaking in an interview with Hammer Nti, Kwaku Manu said, leader needed to keep their promises, especially the ones they make to celebrities who frontline their campaigns.
“Truly, I won’t promise myself never to follow any campaign. I don’t know what may happen tomorrow… but I will charge… I will bargain before I frontline political campaigns,” he said.
He also questioned how and why most of the celebrities who headlined campaigns for political parties are never part of various educative tours outside the country and called for equity at all times for such celebrities
