Former Ghanaian footballer Nii Odartey Lamptey has welcomed his first son and third child with his second wife according to reports reaching JiveGH.com.
Odartey Lamptey had the shock of his life years ago when he found out that the children he had fathered for over 27 years with his first wife did not belong to him.
After picking himself up from the disgrace and heartbreak, he remarried and has been blessed with three children, two girls and a new baby boy that he so much desired.
Announcing the news, popular sports journalist Saddick Adams shared photos of the new baby boy in a post on his twitter page.
He wrote:
“Congratulations to Nii Odartey Lamptey (Ex-Ghana international) on the birth of his third child.
“Finally that one male that you so desired. Those who know the story, knows why we so happy for this man.”
