Ghanaians are celebrating Founders’ Day, today, August 4, to remember the scarifies of some of the nations’s first leaders.
August 4 became a statutory public holiday a year ago under President Akufo-Addo.
As part of activities to celebrate the occasion, government is holding a public lecture.
The event is happening at the Ministry of Information Press Center in Accra.
