The reported police deployment ahead of an expected lockdown in Ghana has been withdrawn.
In a statement issued by Joseph Owusu-Ansah (ACPOL), the earlier reported deployment has been suspended with immediate effect.
The report had suggested that police were to be deployed to Tema, Accra, Kumasi and Obuasi to ensure the lockdown.
A new communication is expected to give by the leadership of Ghana Police.
