Chief Executive Officer of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyemang, better known as ‘Bullet’, has clearly voiced out his opinion that his label has the hottest artistes in Ghana at the moment.
Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix, the artiste manager credited the likes of Sarkodie and others are being there but insisted his artistes were definitely the hottest in Ghana at the moment.
“It’s about Rufftown records, I don’t know about. I’m speaking for myself. The work will be evident… If you think they are not the hottest, fine! I know they are,” the RuffTown Records C. E. O. stated.
He also shared the same opinion to his protege’s (Wendy Shay) statement that she is the ‘Queen of Ghana Music’, wondering what others expected her to say. He added, “If other artistes want to say they are ‘Queens’, no one will prevent them,”.
When asked why some of the names mentioned in Wendy Shay’s CTD song, did not make it for the video, Bullet explained saying he reached out to all of them.
Unfortunately some of them could not show up. He says, the video shoot was postponed many times because of Nana Ama McBrown, but she still could never make it on set.
He was however quick to add that, he does not blame them entirely, because everyone seems to be on a tight schedule of late.
Bullet thanked John Dumelo and Emelia Brobbey for honouring his invitation to be in the video.
