Welfare wing of the Ghana Actors Guild and the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) has visited ailing veteran actor William Addo.
The team visited the ailing actor at the Odo Pee Healing Centre in Mankessim, where he is receiving treatment for glaucoma.
According to reports, they presented an undisclosed amount of money for the upkeep of the actor, known popularly as ‘Akpats3’.
William Addo is very optimistic the visit will make a lot of difference in speeding up the healing process.
The gesture followed a TV3 report on the plight of the actor.
