Legendary Gospel musical group, Daughters of Glorious Jesus have cautioned the general public to ensure they seek permission before using any of its songs.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday night, the group mentioned, they had no problem with people trying to make renditions of their songs in churches or for church programs.
They, however, stressed that it is not right for other gospel musicians to use their songs for commercial gains without seeking proper authorization from them.
The group stated that it is not easy putting together lyrics for a song and hence it is unfair to make commercial gains of their music, at their expense.
