This ranking was put out by International music magazine, Billboard.
Others on the list are Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Diana Hamilton, and Kofi Kinaata.
Shatta Wale tops with 13.26 million average views within a duration of about a year.
Sarkodie follows at the 2nd position with 11.72 million views on YouTube.
At 3rd position is Stonebwoy with 7.86 million views.
Diana Hamilton takes the fourth place with 6.42 million views on YouTube.
“Things Fall Apart” hit maker Kofi Kinaata, comes in at 5th place with 4.63 million views.
