Ghanaian rapper and former SM member, Pope Skinny has once again verbally attacked his former friend Shatta Wale.
The rapper said Shatta Wale mentioned his name during his clash with Joint 77 on Hitz FM, thus, he is forced to respond.
“You mentioned my name during your interview with Andy Dosty, for me, anytime you mentioned my name I’ll speak”, he said in a Facebook Live video.
Pope Skinny who used to be known as Shatta Wale’s linguist said the artist is a supporter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) but now pretending to love the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
“It is not NDC in power, so you can’t fool like that. Now you want to fan fool people by respecting Nana Addo. Everybody who knows you, knows you are an NDC supporter”, he alleged.
Pope Skinny claimed that Shatta Wale hates the NPP but acting as if he loves President Akufo-Addo.
He claimed that Shatta Wale and his father both support the NDC.
“Now you want to behave like you like Nana Addo but you hate him. You be NDC guy, your father is NDC so don’t come and pretend”, he added.
The former friend of Shatta Wale also said they placed a bet on who will win the 2016 elections.
Pope Skinny who claimed he supported the NPP in that bet, stated that Shatta Wale lost when the NDC was defeated.
