Shatta Wale’s ‘Kakai’ has made it to Vice-President Dr Mahamadu Bawumia’s list of favourite songs in the world.
According to the politician, he loves the song composed by the Dancehall artist.
The Vice-President revealed this in a brief interaction with JoyNews’ Becky on the sidelines of a visit to The Multimedia Group.
”It is one of my favorite songs”, the politician said amid laughter.
‘Kakai’ by Shatta Wale was released in 2016 and it featured during rallies of political parties in the lead to that year’s election.
Former President John Mahama danced to the tune at the last major political rally organized by the National Democratic Congress in 2016.
The record won the Best Song award at the Ghana Entertainment Awards – USA in 2017.
