Popular radio personality, Dr Pounds has attacked rapper Medikal for continuously creating publicity stunts in an attempt to promote his new songs.
Speaking on his show, ‘Hitz Gallery’ on Hitz 103.9FM, Dr Pounds heavily chastised Medikal for using stunts to gain the public’s attention.
According to the presenter, the rapper has grown past the stage of needing hype to push his songs. This chastisement comes on the back of the much talked about break up between Medikal and his girlfriend, Fella Makafui.
During the period, Medikal released a song and its visuals, titled ‘Comeback‘, which most people believe was to convince Fella to get back together with him.
Dr Pounds said: “Medikal at this stage doesn’t need hype to push his songs.”
“The silly thing you did is what is making people not pay attention to the song. Stop the silly stunt to promote songs.”
“This is a beautiful song. One of the best works of Medikal, I love it.”
“Sark won’t do this,” he concluded.
