Tears flow as Peace FM’s Nana Agyei Sikapa is laid to rest

The final funeral rites of renowned broadcast journalist Nana Agyei Sikapa held Saturday, July 25, 2020.

The presenter, real name Daniel Adjei Peprah, died Friday, June 19, 2020. According to reports, he had been sick for the past two years.

The burial service took place at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in Mile 7-Achimota and saw a few sympathizers present, in line with coronavirus protocols.

Until his death, he worked at Peace FM which is owned by the Despite Media Group.

Nana Agyei Sikapa was one of the finest on-air personalities in the country with his famous and unique appellation style of radio presentation.

He joined the Despite Group in 2003 as a newscaster upon the invitation of CEO, Osei Kwame Despite. He established himself with his famous and unique appellation style of radio presentation.

He is survived by a wife and seven children.
