Highlife musician, Kwaisey Pee, has expressed his opinion on what he terms the ill mentality of Ghanaians.
According to him, Ghanaians are greedy and their brains don’t work.
Explaining his statement in an interview with Oyokodehye Kofi on Highlife Time TV on CTV, Kwaisey Pee said that a Ghanaian hates to see a fellow Ghanaian succeed.
“Our brains don’t work. Our brains don’t work in every angle. Our minds are so bad to the extent that when a Ghanaian sees another Ghanaian excelling, he or she accuses the fellow of dealing in drugs or killing for money”, he said in the Twi language.
The singer claimed that unlike Ghanaians, Indians, Chinese, Nigerians and other nationals love to see thier fellow citizens excel.
He added that one of them after becoming successful abroad, invites others to join him or her to expand their businesses.
“When you go abroad, you will see them living in the same house. But lets have just three Ghanaians in the same house abroad and you’ll see the confusion there”, he stated.
Kwaisey Pee concluded that Ghanaians are filled with negativity and envy.
The singer is promoting his single titled ‘Nonfa’ which features Ghanaian rapper Medikal.
