American Rapper Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., popularly known as TI and his wife, Tiny are in Ghana for the ‘Year of Return’ and seem to be having a great time whilst here as well.
The Rapper and his wife took the opportunity to visit the very popular Cape Coast Castle in the Central Region of Ghana.
The visit to the renowned slave castle had TI and his wife very emotional as they learned with rapt attention to the history of slavery and slave trade in Ghana.
In a video circulating on social media, TI and his wife can be seen paying close attention as their tour guide highlighted and narrated how Africans lost the war against the whites, which evidently led to the initiation of the slave trade on the continent.
The ‘Live Your Life’ rapper, who is in Ghana for the Year of Return, visited the slavery monument to learn more about the history of slavery.
The couple took a tour of the castle to further familiarise themselves with the story and narration they had just heard.
