Nana Sogyie IV, chief of Twifo Thirty-Four in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa District of the Central Region, has expressed strong support for the District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr Isaac Yawson, regarding his commitment to facilitating development in the area.
The chief praised the DCE for providing essential resources, including a trip of stone, 450 bags of cement, 207 iron rods, and a trip of sand to aid in constructing a Junior High School block for the community.
Nana Sogyie noted that Mr Yawson had prioritised community needs over politics since assuming office.
Residents, Mr Emmanuel Kwesi Frimpong, Mr Isaac Baah and others also voiced their appreciation for the DCE’s development initiatives.
Mr Lawrence MarcCarthy, the community chairman of Twifo Thirty-Four, highlighted the rapid progress made in education since Mr Yawson took office.
He called on stakeholders, particularly NGOs, to assist the school with educational materials like tables, books, and computers as students prepared for the Basic Education Certificate Examination.
