Another person has died in Ghana after contracting the deadly Coronavirus, COVID-19.
This brings the total number of deaths in Ghana to two after the first victim died on March 21.
Currently, the number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in Ghana stand at 27.
Three more added to the 24 that were recorded as at Sunday March 22, 2020.
The Ghana Health Service said a total of 521 suspected cases have been tested for COVID-19.
They were tested by the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) and the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research (KCCR).
According to the Service, 25 persons confirmed with the virus are receiving treatment in isolation.
20 of them are Ghanaians with majority of this number returning to the country from affected countries.
Citizens of Norway, Lebanon, China, France and UK make up the remaining seven.
