Scores of students on some University campuses in Ghana started jubilating immediately President Akufo-Addo suspended teaching and learning.
The President on March 15, 2020 announced that all educational institutions be closed to avoid the spread of coronavirus.
The schools as well as all public gatherings have been suspended for the next four weeks.
Some social media users posted videos from the Kwame University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the University of Education, Winneba showing students in a jubilant mood after the announcement.
