Ghanaian actress, Vicky Zugah, just burst the bubble of all fans and well-wishers who for a moment believed the actress was tying the knot.
These rumours started, after Vicky posted a picture of herself and an unknown man on social media with the caption ‘Save The Date’ and the date December 28 attached.
Many people believed the actress was finally tying the knot this December, but she says it was just the cover of a new movie she is currently promoting.
Vicky said in an interview, “I got so many congratulatory messages when I posted the picture but I am sorry to disappoint you that I am not getting married. The picture is a movie poster I posted a week ago.”
She says the rumour went as far as having some of her relatives and friends disappointed in her when they saw the picture on social media.
“I had some family members and friends calling to tell me how disappointed they were to hear on social media that I was getting married. I had to explain to them that it was a movie and I am still explaining myself to some more individuals about the poster,” she stated.
Vicky says, at the right time, she would get married.
In her words, “Marriage is a big responsibility and you need to be ready for it. For now, I am single but hey when the man comes and is the one, I won’t waste time at all to settle down with him.”
