Chief Executive of Exclusive Events Ghana, Inna Patty, has stated the only condition under which Ghana can ever win the Miss World crown.
Speaking at the launch of the 63rd edition of the Miss Ghana pageant, Inna stated that, Ghana needed a lot of support if we hope to win the enviable Miss World crown some day.
She said: ” We need support. To be honest with you, one of these key areas is financial. To be able to put a girl together, package her, prepare her well enough to represent Ghana at the international stage takes a lot of financing and most often than not, we are always managing. I am hoping this time cooperate Ghana will chip in to help make this a success.”
Speaking on the role of the media, Inna said the media played a vital role in promoting the agenda of the pageant.
“We advocate and plead with people to vote, but our voices can only go so far. It takes you the media to carry our message across to the people,” she concluded.
Auditions for this year’s Miss Ghana pageant will be held on the 29th of February, 2020 at the plush Tang Palace Hotel, here in Accra.
Interested persons are also to take note of the fact that, only one audition will be held this year.
