Some Ghanaians captured in a video circulating on social media have rejected government’s free meal.

The government of Ghana commenced free food distribution to help the poor survive the coronavirus lockdown in the country.

However, some Ghanaians have stated that they won’t eat the food provided by government.

They said they were expecting bags of rice, oil and other items so they could cook their own food.

These residents, whose area of residence is yet to be discovered, said the food may contain the coronavirus.

Some Ghanaians have rejected government's free meal amid the coronavirus lockdown. They claim the meal may contain the virus because they don't know the cooks.
