Ghanaian gospel musician, Diana Asamoah, says but for Free SHS, most students in schools now would have become armed robbers as reported by GHPage.
The singer made this comment on UTV while applauding President Akufo-Addo for the introduction of the Free SHS policy.
She is of the view that without the introduction of the Free SHS, all the students in Senior High Schools would have have become social misfits.
Her comment caused a strong arguement with the other guests who opined that she wasn’t supposed to generalise the situation.
Great Ampong who was also on the show and an NPP member tried to correct her.
Diana Asamoah, however, stood by her comment even after the correction from her fellow NPP member.
