Artiste manger Lawrence Nana Asiamah-Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog has incurred the wrath of many Ghanaians especially feminists with his latest statement.
According to him, women are better off in the kitchen and bedroom only.
He said women have no place in leadership positions and other corporate structures.
“They should be for the kitchen and the bedroom…Women destroy stuff, they mess up everything. Women should be just for the kitchen and bedroom. I am saying this”, he asserted on 3FM.
Bulldog claimed women destroy plans and strategies when they are placed in high-ranking positions.
The artiste manager was not perturbed by his harsh comments and went on to dare feminists to challenge him.
He even dared his wife to abandon him because of his position on women’s role in society.
“They should go and cut my head or my wife can leave me if she wants to. Women are meant for the kitchen and bedroom, they shouldn’t be sitting around men discussing important things…”, he added.
Bulldog also said that women are only good for decorative purposes and not needed in decision taking.
“Women have their own purpose, the mistake is they start comparing themselves to men. Women are good at adding glory…”, Bulldog claimed.
Feminist groups, as well as Bulldog’s wife, are yet to make official statements on the comments by the artiste manager.
