News reaching JiveGH.com indicates that there has been a fire outbreak at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) head office at Kwame Nkrumah circle.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined but fire fighters are reported to be on the scene fighting the outbreak.
Eyewitnesses say black smoke began to fill the clear Sunday sky around 9:00 am before the raging flames became visible.
From the videos sighted on social media, thick clouds of smoke could be seen from the office complex as pedestrians stood by helplessly to watch.
