Communications Manager and Head of Productions at Charterhouse Ghana Ltd, George Quaye, says he is the best event planner in Ghana.
George Quaye was a key member in the organization of the 2019 Ghana Music Awards which many described as a ‘flop’.
The awards event had to be paused for about an hour because of security breaches.
Stonebwoy was on stage receiving an award when some members of Shatta Wale’s team forcefully made their way on stage in the full glare of viewers at home.
In reaction to the act from Shatta’s camp, Stonebwoy pulled a gun and this was live on television across the world.
Many chastised Charter House for failing to ensure maximum security on the night.
Some also claimed that the event was a failure especially because a civilian managed to enter the auditorium with a gun.
In spite of all these, George Quaye said on Joy FM that he is the best when it comes to the planning of events.
‘I am Ghana’s best event planner’, George Quaye bragged.
Recently, he was also awarded the Wold Changers Summit’s ‘Best Producer/Event Planner’ at an event in Dubai.
