The ever-controversial Kwame Asare Obeng, better-known as A-plus, is suing the Attorney General of Ghana and Kroll and Associates, a private law firm, for some $1 million paid to the latter by the Senior Minister.
Kwame is seeking the court to declare the decision by the government of Ghana to pay Kroll & Associates the said amount, contravened the constitution of the land.
He is also asking the court to order the law firm to refund the money paid to it by Mr Yaw Osafo Maafo, the Senior Minister, with interest at the current rates of the Bank of Ghana.
