Timely donor support helps implement community-driven interventions – Atidzah

Mr. Samuel Yao Atidzah on Wednesday said in a year marked by evolving development and public health challenges, the timely support of their donors enabled them to implement impactful, community-driven interventions with measurable outcomes.

“Through their partnership, we made meaningful progress in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives, volunteer capacity strengthening, community engagement and infrastructure and social development projects,” he said.

Mr Atidzah who is the Executive Director of GOSANET Foundation, a health NGO operating in the Volta region stated this in an interaction with the press in Ho.

He noted that these results would not have been possible without the confidence their donors have in their mission, their commitment to accountability and shared vision for sustainable development.

“Your investment in GOSANET Foundation directly contributed to strengthening community health systems, improving access to essential services and empowering vulnerable populations across the Volta region and beyond,” the Executive Director said.

He intimated that the GOSANET Foundation remained deeply committed to the principles of transparency and effective stewardship of resources and result-oriented programming.

Mr Atidzah assured their donors that, as reflected in their reports and engagements, the GOSANET Foundation would continue to prioritize value for money, community ownership and long-term impact on all donor supported initiatives.

He said, looking ahead in 2026, they were encouraged by the opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and explore new areas of collaboration that responded to emerging community needs.

Mr. Atidzah wished all their donors and clients a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.
