Telecommunications network, AirtelTigo, has issued a communique on Facebook assuring customers of consistency in their provision of internet services and not being affected by any external forces.
This comes in light of the recent internet challenges being faced by MTN users across the country. An international undersea fibre cable is said to have broken, causing nearly a dozen African countries to experience challenges in internet access.
Subtly throwing the shade, AirtelTigo wrote;
“Our services have not been affected by any external factors. Enjoy enhanced voice quality and data that does not expire”, part of the notice reads.

But some subscribers of the network were of a very different opinion, as some claimed even MTN in its current state provided better services than AirtelTigo. A good number also complained about the unstable nature of the network.
