Mr Felix Owusu-Gyimah, the New Patriotic Party constituency secretary for Nkwanta, has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing polling station executive nomination process in the constituency.
According to him, the nomination exercise, which was opened to all interested party faithful from April 20 to April 24, was successfully conducted across all 161 polling stations, despite the prevailing security challenges in the area.
Mr Owusu-Gyimah, who also serves as a former Municipal Chief Executive for Nkwanta, also noted that seven executives are expected to be elected in each polling station after the vetting process.
He added that the elections are scheduled to take place from May 10 to May 16.
He urged members to remain united and committed as the party prepares for subsequent executive elections, emphasizing that unity will be key to security victory in the 2028 general elections.
