Ghana’s coronavirus cases rise to 141

Ghana has recorded 141 cases of coronavirus in the country since the outbreak of the deadly diasease.

The number moved from 137 to 141 on Saturday, March 28, 2020.

An increase in the cases was witnessed after four new cases were confirmed at 1520GMT on Saturday, March 28, 2020.

The test showed that one person under mandatory quarantine tested positive among the four while the three other cases were confirmed within the general population.

So far, five people have lost their lives after contracting the disease.

A lockdown has been imposed by President Akufo-Addo from March 30 till April 13, 2020 in Greater Accra and Ashanti Region.
