Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has risen by 227 to a total figure of 8,297.
This was confirmed by the Ghana Health Service in its update on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
According to the GHS, 39 more people have recovered from the virus, increasing the tally for recoveries to 2,841.
Two more persons have also succumbed to the novel COVID-19 disease, increasing the death toll to 38.
